Reliable logistics as foundation for international growth

Reliability, scalability and a shared focus on growth. According to KTC Food Group, these are the key pillars behind its long-standing partnership with logistics service provider Van den Bosch. Since 2015, both companies have been working together to build an efficient and future-proof supply chain for vegetable oils and fats, particularly lauric oils, across Europe.

KTC Food Group is one of Europe’s largest independent manufacturers and distributors of food oils and fats. Operating from multiple production sites across the United Kingdom, the company supplies essential cooking ingredients to the retail, food service and wholesale sectors globally.

11 years of collaboration

“The first order was placed in September 2015, so we have now been working together for almost 11 years,” says Cristina Noane, Commercial Manager at Van den Bosch. “Over the years, we have built a strong relationship and Van den Bosch has become KTC’s preferred logistics partner.”
Van den Bosch manages the transport flows for various locations of KTC Food Group. Commodities vary from lauric oils, like palm oil and coconut oil, to sunflower oil, rapeseed oil and soybean oil. These products are transported from mainland Europe to receiving sites in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Reliable supply chain

According to Gurpreet Singh, Group Operations Manager at KTC Food Group, reliability, communication and honesty have been the foundation of the partnership from the very beginning. “What we were looking for in a logistics partner was reliability and transparency above all. The partnership has only grown stronger over the years.”

Van den Bosch manages the transport flows for various locations of KTC. From palm oil, coconut oil and sunflower oil to rapeseed oil and soybean oil.
