Since 2007, the Van den Bosch Academy in Erp, the Netherlands, has been our organisation's in-house knowledge and training centre. It was set up to take training, experience and development to a higher level, in an environment where theory and practice consciously come together. At the Academy, colleagues — from drivers to office staff — are introduced to the world of bulk logistics and prepared to work safely and professionally. In this way, we are systematically building growth, craftsmanship and innovation.
