Van den Bosch launches International Management Traineeship
26 May 2023

Van den Bosch launches International Management Traineeship

Recruitment for Van den Bosch's new International Management Traineeship has started. The traineeship has been specially developed for talented individuals who have the ambition to work as a manager, whether at the head office in Erp or at one of the international branches. The traineeship starts in September 2023.

Because of the growth that Van den Bosch has experienced in recent years - and will see in the coming years - there is an increasing need for (international) managers. The traineeship is focused on Van den Bosch’s international branches, but there will also be places available at the headquarters in Erp.

Programme
"The candidates will be trained over two to three years with a view to becoming professional managers within Van den Bosch. They will start at the headquarters in Erp. Here they will learn about the organisation and the future managerial positions. The programme consists of three blocks of eight months or four blocks of nine months, with at least one of the periods being spent at one of the international branches. “During the programme, knowledge transfer, coaching and training will be central," says Jennifer van Benthem, HR project manager and also developer of the traineeship.

Tailor-made guidance
Good guidance is an important starting point. The trainees will be assigned permanent contacts in multiple departments and areas of expertise who will supervise them throughout the traineeship. The contact individuals will be responsible for onboarding, knowledge sharing, and will be available to answer all questions.

Unique opportunity
Van Benthem: "With this traineeship, Van den Bosch offers an excellent opportunity for talented individuals to realise their burning ambition: to experience personal growth and become an international manager in a dynamic and leading organisation. The programme is purposefully tailored but for every trainee, learning, working and competence development are key."
