Continuous Improvement
Whatever it may be, we will start working with you. We believe in improving. Not only in improving systems or ways of working, but we also believe in improving people. Regardless of your age, level of education or experience, there is always something you can learn or that you can teach someone else. Mind you, it will require something of you. It is impossible to give you something of our culture without you living it. We will be able to say if it fits you. There is no two ways about it. We do things our own way. Which is..?

Proud of our work, proud of our customers and proud to be allowed to work for them. We are critical of each other, work together and give each other space. Not always automatically, or step by step. Too many things are going on in our world. Things happen so fast, there is not always time to explain everything. Just do it! Sometimes things just have to be done. The order has to be carried out, we have to be on time.. We just have to, simply because it has to be done.

Reliability
So we have to be able to rely on each other, also because the customer relies on us. We have to be there for each other, because we are there for the customer. That requires something of you, of each other. ... That is our company culture.
