HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system)
HACCP is the method Van den Bosch Transports uses to guarantee safety and reliability of food and to adhere to food laws as well.

The government tells every company transporting, distributing or trading food to manage its way of working in such a way that the safety of their products is systematically guaranteed. This means they are obliged to have a monitoring system with which their complete process is checked. In The Netherlands HACCP is used for food and foodstuffs.

Critical points which may have an impact on the final product are looked at in HACCP systems. HACCP is a preventive system that tries to increase the safety of the product by finding the health risks in manufacturing and treatment processes and making these controllable.
